We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Associate to join our team as a Buyer's Agent, assisting clients with their property searches and purchases. Independent Contractor (10-99) position with generous (negotiable) commission splits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire buying process
- Coordinate property showings
- Prepare and present offers and counteroffers to clients, with office assistance if needed
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws and regulations
