Real Estate Attorney jobs in Saint Joseph, MO

Delta Auctions & Real Estate operates on-line auctions facilitating the sale of a wide range of items ranging from personal and estate items to commercial and agricultural equipment to residential and commercial properties, even livestock.

We are seeking a part-time attorney.

• The primary focus of this position is to ensuring the legality of all auction activities including policy, process and procedure, as well as the sale of the items themselves
• Admission to bar or authorization to practice law in Missouri, in the surrounding states as well is a plus
• Excellent communication, writing and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized, assertively pro-active and professional
• Provide legal research, interpretation, analysis and opinion
• Work closely with the executive team
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, including real estate
• General business and corporate law
• Litigation and litigation management
• Salary negotiable and commensurate with experience.
