Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the state bar association.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, preferably in real property and real estate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Adept at building and maintaining client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Salary:
The compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 to $155,000 per year, based on experience and skill level.
