```Duties```
- Fulfill agents request for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner
- Coordinate schedules for final walkthrough and other appointments
- Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls and inquiries
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Generate status reports for the agents on a regular basic, make sure they are being property prioritized
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks
- Compete with others in the real estate industry by producing high-quality print and digital marketing materials
- Helps cleaning, maintain office-space and other duties as needed
```Experience```
- Understands how to utilize a database for processing client and agent's information
- Proficient in using Microsoft office , office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data entry
