    We are seeking a team player and individual who will manage a multi-family property near the Anderson, IN area. As a Real Estate Property Manager, you are responsible for maintaining and enhancing the physical environment of the property, as well as optimizing the financial performance, to position this property as a top performer in the competitive market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure you consistently provide a high level of customer service to tenants, vendors and staff.
    • Responsible to manage financial aspects of the property inclusive of collections and budgeting.
    • Administer marketing plans and property showings to increase occupancy.
    • Develop high-quality on-site teams through effective recruitment, training, motivation, and coaching programs.
    • Coordinate proper maintenance to enhance the physical attractiveness of the property.

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of property experience preferred but not required
    • Retail and Hospitality experience highly transferable and desirable
    • At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
    • Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

    Compensation:

    Full time opportunity with base compensation and commission and bonus potential. Full range of benefits! Pay depends on experience - starting anywhere from 45k , or higher based on experience!
