    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing.
    • Conduct thorough due diligence, including title review, environmental assessments, and zoning analysis.
    • Draft, negotiate, and review various legal documents, such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, and development agreements.
    • Advise clients on complex legal issues related to real estate transactions, including title defects, financing structures, and regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including other attorneys, paralegals, and administrators.
    • Manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.

    Qualifications:

    • 3-7 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
    • Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Experience with deal management software preferred.
    • Familiarity with the Boston real estate market a plus.
