Our proven systems and training will help you make more money, in a shorter period of time, than you would working at other real estate teams in the area. Most importantly, we've got everything in place for you to succeed beginning on day one as a member of our team.

    Compensation: $65,000 at plan commission.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet with clients in order to discover their property wants, needs, and desires. Then, you'll find properties that meet those needs and help them secure the home of their dreams.
    • Main duties include: following up via phone, text, and email to manage your sales pipeline well
    • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM in a timely fashion
    • Consistently network and market to prospect for new business and clients
    • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home-buying experience
    • Negotiate all client's behalf, setting a time limit for loan approval and closing date
    • Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value
    • Conduct open houses at company listings to generate additional buyer opportunities
    • Show houses to prospective buyers and negotiate contracts on their behalf
    • Attend company events that are held for clients of the R&B Team (and have fun)
