SKM Title & Closing Services, PC/Sharaf & Maloney, PC is seeking a motivated real estate attorney to join our Western MA team. The ideal candidate is an attorney who wants to grow their knowledge in the residential real estate field while assisting our busy attorneys in Western MA and eventually growing their own business.

The ideal candidate must be:

• caring, compassionate and comfortable interacting with clients tactfully in every customer service situation
• self-starter and someone who possess a strong ability to develop and deepen relationships with clients, customers, loan officers and agents
• a team-player able to work independently and collaboratively
• organized and an excellent communicator, written and verbally

Qualifications

• Individual must be a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar
• A solid understanding of purchase money transactions and all overall aspects of the closing process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
