Duties
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis on various commercial real estate matters
- Draft and review legal documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and contracts
- Negotiate and advise clients on real estate transactions and disputes
- Represent clients in litigation related to commercial real estate matters
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding property acquisitions, development, and leasing
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the field of commercial real estate
Experience
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in FL in good standing
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing commercial real estate law
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures related to commercial real estate transactions and litigation
- Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
- Excellent legal drafting and writing skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients
- Experience representing clients in commercial real estate litigation is a plus
