Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate transactions. This individual should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and title documents.
· Conduct due diligence reviews and property assessments.
· Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
· Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate matters.
· Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals within the firm to provide comprehensive legal services.
· Engage directly with clients to provide exceptional service and support.
Qualifications:
· Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
· Admission to the Indiana State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
· Years of experience practicing real estate law, preferably in a law firm setting.
· Demonstrated knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and financing.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
