Vorys is seeking an attorney with three (3) or more years of experience in commercial finance and real estate matters to join its Cleveland office. This position offers the opportunity to join a nationally-recognized real estate practice and collegial team environment as an integral part of the long-term succession and growth of the firm’s real estate and finance practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience representing both lender and borrower clients in a variety of secured and unsecured financing transactions, as well as other real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and related financing. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and communication skills, and excellent academic credentials.
While Cleveland is our principal focus for this search, candidates for our other Ohio offices will be considered. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
