The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a wide range of real estate matters, including but not limited to residential and commercial transactions, leasing, land use and zoning, project development, title review, and closings. The candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The position requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and members of the real estate team.
Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage and work well on a team.
