    We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the legal industry, particularly in real estate law. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to handle complex litigation matters in a sophisticated and fast-paced practice.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Real Estate Litigation Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to:

    1. Representing clients in real estate litigation matters including property disputes, lease disagreements, title issues, and zoning conflicts.
    2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate documents including leases, contracts, and agreements.
    3. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential legal risks.
    4. Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
    5. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless legal service delivery.
    6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changing laws and regulations in the real estate industry.
    7. Providing expert legal advice to clients on various aspects of real estate law.

    Qualifications:

    To be considered for this role, you must possess the following:

    1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
    3. A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a real estate litigation attorney.
    4. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in real estate litigation cases.
    5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex legal issues.
    6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
    7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex legal documents.
    8. High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards.
    9. Proficiency with legal research tools and software.
    10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
