    Responsibilities

    • Stage and show living spaces
    • Advertise and market living spaces
    • Find and reach out to new prospects
    • Discover clients' criteria and find suitable living spaces
    • Negotiate living space rent and close deal with client

    Qualifications

    • Ideally, 1-2 years of sales experience
    • Have a Colorado Real Estate license or be willing to obtain it
    • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
    • Strong communication skills
    • Real Estate License (preferred)
