    **Responsibilities:**
    • Expertise in residential closings for both buyer and seller sides

    • Experience with mortgages and drafting deeds and legal descriptions.
    • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties
    • Understanding of land issues and real property matters, with training available to enhance knowledge in these areas

    **Requirements:**
    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Admission to the North Carolina State Bar or eligibility for admission
    • 2 years of experience in real estate law
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in legal research and writing
