    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Telecommunications Tower Technician to join our team as a Level 3 technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams of technicians on complex projects, as well as providing technical guidance and support to junior technicians.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
    • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians
    • Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures
    • Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
    • Train and mentor junior technicians
    Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
