As an Analyst at GG Homes, you'll be responsible for providing actionable insights through informed processes and comparables.

The ideal candidate will be professional, disciplined in their approach, and comfortable consistently delivering high-quality, detailed work. 

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing Real Estate Investment Opportunities, determining their viability
• Running Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) on properties to estimate value
• Conduct market research to help position offer analysis based on market trends, submarket fundamentals, and economic forecasting
• Verify the accuracy of property evaluations, conducting regular variance analysis
• Engage in education projects to deepen your understanding of Real Estate and Financial Analysis as well as tools including Google Drive, Airdna, Scoutred, Infosparks, MLS, CRS Data, Property Radar, Google Earth, and others as needed
• Work within department structure and defined processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Real Estate preferred
• 1 year of experience in a financial or real estate analysis role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-starter with a proactive approach
• Ability to work in-office with flexible schedule

Compensation:

• Base Salary of $60,000-$70,000 and Bonus Potential
