    ABOUT THIS POSITION

    We are currently searching for a few seasonal, part-time Fulfillment Specialists to join our Operations team. Your primary focus will be to prepare items for shipment. If you have passion, knowledge, and expertise in picking items for shipment, excellent communication and time management skills, are self-disciplined and trustworthy, then we would love to hear from you.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collate product without errors
    • Shrink wrap product
    • Box and bag product without errors
    • Stack product safely
    • Work off of a list of goals on their own or with a team
    • Ensure that the product that is produced:
      • Has no compilation errors and fixes any compilation errors that do occur
      • Is married with the correct components that make a complete part.
      • Looks excellent in all finished stages and does not receive any damage during storage.
    • Is stored in the right location for easy retrieval.
    • Other duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Able to maintain a positive, hardworking attitude is a MUST.
    • Able to stand, walk, crouch, crawl, kneel, or stoop.
    • Able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours.
    • Able to perform work duties outside in varying warehouse temperatures.
    • Able to read and understand daily task lists.
    • Able to speak to and give coaches and other team players verbal updates.

    ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

    • Pay for this position. This is a piece rate position, meaning that you will be paid a fixed piece rate for each unit produced, or action performed, that meets quality standards. If your piece rate totals to less than the current minimum wage amount ($7.25), you will be paid minimum wage for the hours that you work.
    • Upon your successful completion of your seasonal employment, you will be eligible for a completion bonus. This bonus will be calculated based on the number of hours you work and paid when the season is over.
