    Job Description: Construction Laborer

    Responsibilities:

    - Can do or have knowledge of construction tasks, including but not limited to:
    - Framing
    - Drywall
    - Painting
    - Loading and unloading materials
    - Concrete work
    - Operating hand and power tools
    - Assisting with demolition work
    - Cleaning and preparing construction sites
    - Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects efficiently and effectively
    - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
    - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

    Experience:
    - Previous experience in construction or related field is a prerequisite.
    - Be familiar with Florida Code
    - Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
    - Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is beneficial
    - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job
    - Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks
    - Excellent teamwork and communication skills
