The Rail Crew Supervisor is responsible for the safety and efficiency of the switching crews. This position will maintain and enforce company rules and policies in conjunction with quality, productivity and safety while adhering to AAR and FRA standards.

The Rail Crew Supervisor will be working in the rail yard in all- weather situations. Continuous bending, climbing, walking, twisting and kneeling will be required to perform the job.
