Radiology Director directs and coordinates activities of a radiology or diagnostic imaging department in a hospital or other medical facility. Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to workers to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals. Being a Radiology Director oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment, such as x-ray machine, fluoroscope, CT scanner, or MRI equipment. Evaluates accuracy and quality of images and provides technical assistance to staff. Additionally, Radiology Director demonstrates new techniques, equipment, and procedures to staff. Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients and staff and compliance with regulatory requirements. Develops and implements plans, policies, and procedures regarding operations and staffing and, the purchasing of radiology supplies. May require an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. The Radiology Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. To be a Radiology Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.     Accountabilities:
    In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of an integrated US brand plan, creating innovative market development strategies, and developing deep customer insights. You will also handle marketing budgets and resources, work with the highest degree of professionalism, and in accordance with the company’s code of Ethics and Business Conduct.

    Essential Skills/Experience:
    • Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Science focus preferred)
    • Minimum 8 years pharmaceutical and/or healthcare experience
    • Shown success in marketing, including launching innovative products
    • Successful delivery of strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area

    Ability to effectively lead and influence individuals at all levels and cross-functionally

    • Sound business judgment, ethical behavior, decisiveness, and strategic vision
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
    • Experience building strong external relationships within a therapy ecosystem across healthcare professionals, key accounts, and patient groups
    • Strong financial acuity with the ability to assess and get results
    • Requires approximately 10-20% travel

    Desirable Skills/Experience:
    • Advanced Degree in business, marketing, or the sciences
    • Experience in hospital sales and/or marketing
    • Experience in neurology, GI, and/or trauma
    • Highly Specialized Product launch/life-cycle experience 
    • Social/ Digital marketing experience
    • Direct-report leadership experience
