Radiology Director directs and coordinates activities of a radiology or diagnostic imaging department in a hospital or other medical facility. Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to workers to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals. Being a Radiology Director oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment, such as x-ray machine, fluoroscope, CT scanner, or MRI equipment. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine building requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape metal components using hand tools and power equipment
- Assemble metal building components, including walls, roofs, and structural supports
- Install insulation, doors, windows, and other necessary components
- Weld or bolt metal components together to ensure structural integrity
- Inspect completed buildings to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in prefab metal building construction
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Must have your own hand tools and power tool.
