Marshall Radio Telemetry, the global leader in advanced radio and GPS tracking technology, is seeking a Part-Time Inside Sales and bookkeeping specialist for our North Salt Lake office. This diverse role encompasses: inbound sales, order processing and bookkeeping, requiring a versatile skill set and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional Customer Service: You should be the person customers look forward to speaking with, capable of handling inbound calls with grace and professionalism.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and able to explain complex information to customers with varying levels of tech-savviness.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of both written and verbal communication is crucial.
• Bookkeeping Skills: Experience with bookkeeping tasks, proficient in using financial and accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a significant plus).
• Organizational Prowess: Must be highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
