Position: Ambulatory Tech - Highland Radiation Oncology office

Position summary/Job description: HOURS: Monday – Friday 8-4:30

• Transports patients from waiting room to clinic or treatment area
• Room clinic patients, document VS in e record. Reporting abnormal values to nurse.
• Assist with patient changing into gowns if needed.
• Stocks linens and supplies, remove expired items in storeroom and exam rooms
• Cleans exam rooms.
• Answers phone using
• Ensure smooth clinic flow by keeping an eye on the schedule for patient arrival and open communication with staff.
• Engages with patients and families offering physical and emotional support.
• Assists nurse in clinic and Radiation Therapist in treatment when needed.

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

One Year Patient Care Experience

Friendly and helpful

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
