Racing and Sports Shift Supervisor supervises and coordinates the work of racing and sports book personnel during an assigned shift. Ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Education and Experience:
Graduation from high school or GED. Supervisory experience preferred.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:Skill in operation of listed equipment.
Working knowledge of various sports and their rules (i.e. basketball, volleyball, tennis, wrestling, football, and weight training).
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, participants, and the general public.
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to give and understand oral instructions.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED
Basketball equipment, scoreboard, score clock, tennis equipment, volleyball equipment, football equipment, and weight training equipment.
LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS
