Earnings potential can be up to $17.45 or higher. The earnings potential is based on a base wage of $11.50, and our achieve bonus program. Here is how our wages work: Based on your individual performance at 80% performance your wage with bonus equates to $14.09 per hour; at 100% performance your wage now equates to $15.53 and increases as your performance % increases. We also have bonuses based on our facility efficiencies (team work key factor).
In addition to the above bonus, we have bonus incentives for these positions: equipment, shipping and certain jobs in our receiving area. The additional bonus increase your hourly rate from an additional $1 to $1.50 with performance starting at 80%.

1st shift - Monday – Friday 8 hour shifts starting at 5:45am (Depending on department)
2nd shift – Monday – Friday 3pm – 11:30pm
During peak season – shift times may change to a 9 hour day and there is a schedule of Saturdays to be worked if needed for business demands.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to perform work that involves standing, walking, and bending for a minimum of eight hours;
· Able to continuously lift to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
