Racing and Sports Manager manages and directs the racing and sports book daily activities. Oversees racing and sports betting and ensures compliance with federal and state gaming regulations. Being a Racing and Sports Manager may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Racing and Sports Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes. - Enrolling clients and handling payments
- Interact with clients.
- Light cleaning
- Multi-tasking and time management skills
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Solid written and communication skills
- Proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer service attitude
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience working in a setting with children.
Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm-7:30 pm. Saturday 8:45 am-1:00 pm
20 hours per week
$12-$14 per hour depending on experienceJob Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
Ability to Relocate:
- Dacula, GA 30019: Relocate before starting work (Required)
