    Position Summary:  G-Form is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our marketing team. You will have a passion for sports and sports culture with a deep understanding of marketing strategies and tactics utilizing G-Form’s stable of athletes, ambassadors, partnerships, and activations to amplify brand growth and consumer adoption. 

     Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute marketing strategies: Utilizing G-Form’s assets, create seasonal plans that align with overall company strategies to deliver impactful and measurable results that amplify brand visibility and consumer engagement.
    2. Partnership/Athlete Management: Serve as point-of-contact with professional athletes, ambassadors, and national partnerships. Define and manage contacts, deliverables, and analysis of all related activities. 
    3. Events/Activations:  Plan and execute sports-related events, sponsorships, and activations to maximize brand exposure and engagement.
    4. Content Creation:  Work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute and measure all content created to support individual sport verticals.
    5. Analysis and Budget Management:  Responsible for delivering impactful and measurable projects within budget scope. Creative planning to maximize budgets and utilize data-driven thinking to inform decision making.
    6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:  work closely with marketing, product, legal and external partners to ensure alignment of goals as they impact the overall business.
    7. Face of the Brand/Travel: This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual who can represent the company across multiple environments. Experience in business and event travel and being able to solve situations on the fly with no disruption.
    8. Continuous improvement: Stay up to speed with industry knowledge, athlete and sponsorship opportunities and overall market knowledge.

    Skills/Qualifications: 

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required which include but are not limited to:

    1. Degree in marketing, business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience required.
    2. Proven experience in sports marketing, with a track record of successful of partnership and campaign management.
    3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills and attention to detail.
    4. Strong understanding of the sports industry, specifically in baseball, mountain bike, soccer, lacrosse and softball and an understanding of the landscape, players, and key happenings within.
    5. Strong and proven background in project management and budget management. This role requires multi-tasking and meet on-going, time sensitive projects.
    6. Data-Driven mindset with the ability to analyze program performance and optimize.
    7. Next Level attitude:   creative, curious, and always looking for ways to take G-Form’s brand to a higher level.

     Position Type

    This is an exempt role based in our Providence, RI Headquarters. Hybrid flexibility will be considered. Some night and weekend work will be required as the seasonal business calendar dictates. A valid driver’s license is required.

     Travel

    Up to 25% business travel will be required including some nights and weekends.
