- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it will allow for effective communication with diverse customers
- Manage schedules and assign tasks to team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Answer phone calls professionally and provide information or direct calls as needed
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing on products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems
