RFP Manager oversees the development of proposals, bids, quotations, RFP responses, or other documents describing organizational products and services in response to requests from prospective clients. Manages and meets proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal. Being an RFP Manager collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Develops and establishes a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other data resources to create high-quality and accurate responses. Additionally, RFP Manager establishes a tracking system with win-loss information. Reviews and analyzes RFP losses to recommend enhancements to products or processes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The RFP Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. The Store Manager reports to the District Sales Supervisor and is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store, in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
The Store Manager provides ongoing leadership, thereby ensuring that the store achieves and/or surpasses its financial goals, while controlling budgets, inventory, shrink, expenses and wage costs. He/She inspires, coaches, motivates, develops and evaluates the team in order to achieve maximum performance and optimize the customer experience in the store.
The Store Manager leads by example in providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating brand selling skills. He/She ensures that the store operates in compliance to Brand and Visual presentation standards, as well as all Company policies and procedures. He/She works closely with the District Sales Supervisor and provides feedback to help in decision making and driving business results.
