Position Title: Junior RFP Writer - Cybersecurity

Overview: CyberdomeUSA is seeking a highly motivated Junior RFP Writer to join our growing team. As a Junior RFP Writer, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal development process for our cybersecurity solutions and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong writing skills and a passion for cybersecurity to kick-start their career in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. RFP Analysis: Assist in reviewing and analyzing RFP documents to understand client requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission guidelines.
2. Content Development: Work closely with senior RFP writers, subject matter experts, and technical teams to gather information and contribute to the development of tailored responses to RFP questions.
3. Proposal Writing: Draft clear, concise, and compelling proposal content that addresses all requirements outlined in the RFP, including technical specifications, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance standards.
4. Editing and Proofreading: Support the editing and proofreading process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with RFP instructions and organizational standards.
5. Research: Assist in conducting research to gather supporting data, industry trends, case studies, and other materials to enhance proposal content and demonstrate CyberdomeUSA's expertise and capabilities.
6. Proposal Coordination: Collaborate with team members to coordinate the proposal development process, including organizing meetings, tracking action items, and managing deadlines to ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals.
7. Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance checks to verify that all proposal components are complete, accurate, and properly formatted before final submission.
8. Documentation Management: Maintain documentation repositories and version control systems to manage proposal templates, boilerplate content, and other resources for efficient reuse in future proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent grammar, punctuation, and proofreading abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and industry best practices is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration tools like SharePoint or Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

Location: Clarksville, Indiana

Salary: $15-$17 per hour

Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
