We are in search of a Controller/Sr. Financial Analyst to help support multiple Physician Practices in the Northern Panhandle of WV. As the Controller/Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support executive decision-making.
• Trend Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial trends within the healthcare sector, providing recommendations for improvement or adjustment.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to optimize operational efficiency and resource allocation within the medical industry context.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic planning and financial goal-setting aligned with the unique challenges and opportunities in the medical industry.
• Financial Oversight: You'll be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring accuracy, and adherence to financial regulations specific to the medical industry.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic decision-making.
• Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations, ensuring that the organization's financial practices comply with healthcare and financial regulations.
• Audit Preparation: Prepare for and manage financial audits, working closely with auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations.

Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is Required
• Minimum of 3 years' Financial Analysis Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA, or CPA Preferred
• Experience working in the medical industry is highly preferred
• Experience presenting and advising on the Financial of an organization to business leaders
