As an RFP Writer, you will be responsible for creating and managing the entire RFP process for our government prospects and clients. This includes analyzing RFP requirements, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, and writing clear and compelling proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFP requirements and develop a strategic approach for responding
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and develop proposal content
- Write and edit proposals to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Manage multiple RFPs simultaneously and meet strict deadlines
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support proposal content
- Review and proofread proposals for quality and accuracy
- Develop and maintain a database of proposal content and templates for future use
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a successful proposal process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RFP writing or proposal development
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with proposal management software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
