Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Being an RFP Analyst, Sr. prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst, Sr. typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The RFP Analyst, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. · Experience in three (3) or more areas of financial execution
· Demonstrated success in two (2) or more of the following areas:
o Financial execution of a spend plan
o Experience in conducting analysis of obligation plans vs obligations.
o Experience in monthly financial reporting.
o Experience with communications of budget materials to senior officials
o Experience in financial programing for O&M and RDT&E
o Experience with presentations to senior officials
o Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations.
o Experience in creating complex spreadsheets.
o Experience in creating Power Point presentations.
o Experience in the ability to research payments.
Experience in setting up conferences
