Being an RFP Analyst, Sr. prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst, Sr. typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Description: Performs basic workstation troubleshooting and maintenance by collection of information to respond and or resolve routine tier 1 & 2 problems, including, but not limited to:
Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and Windows 11 OS.
Experience troubleshooting peripheral devices, including printers, scanners, and Apple mobile devices.
Provides telephone support related to networking or connectivity issues.
Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
Provides basic diagnosis, analysis and resolution of issues and customer(s).
Independently images and or reimages equipment in preparation for deployment.
Experience with Microsoft Intune preferred but not required.
Experience with Microsoft Windows Autopilot preferred but not required.
