SUMMARY:
The Sales Content Analyst (RFP) is responsible for completing and maintaining the Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ's) and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for Placer. This support role ensures that DDQ's and RFP's are completed timely, accurately, and are approved via standard process. The Sales Content Analyst is responsible for communicating status updates to the Sales team, managing and tracking deliverables, and supporting process changes related to DDQ's and RFP's.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain the Due Diligence Questionnaire playbook
- Lead the Due Diligence Questionnaire process, which includes thoroughly completing the questions as well as lead the review and approval process
- Educate Sales teams on changes to processes, policy updates, and champion best practices to improve efficiency
- Ensure that Sales and contract data is accurate in the CRM database and in other systems related to DDQ's and RFP's
- Assess recurring issues to identify opportunities for improving the Deal Desk process, and make recommendations on procedural and functional changes
- Work in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to new business processes and objectives
- Manage the escalation of issues, communicating effectively with the Deal Desk team and those teams supported by the Deal Desk
- Demonstrate the ability to go "above and beyond" in the support of our Sales teams and customers
- Flexibility to transition into different support roles within the team based on the needs of the business
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 years of experience in a professional role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Comfortable with adapting to evolving business needs and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative setting
- Strong business acumen
- Organized, with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Google and Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus
- Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and integrity
