We work hybrid at Plenty of Fish - IRL in our downtown Vancouver office Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and work remotely the remainder of the week!

The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral member of the highly visible Finance organization at Match.  The Senior Analyst will provide high quality financial analysis and reporting to enable the company and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives.  Primary functions will include budgeting associated with the annual strategic plan cycle, monthly P&L reforecasting and ad-hoc analyses in support of various businesses within Match.com.

When it comes to dating, the connection starts online, but the real magic happens once you meet in real life (IRL).  We think the same is true for creating the best platforms, so we work together IRL in our Vancouver office 3 days/week.

• Maintain and update monthly forecast and budget models
• Track and analyze subscriber information
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual presentations for senior management which include maintaining metrics information and graphs
• Work with senior leaders, finance management and peers on strategic and ad hoc projects as they arise, including cross-functional marketing, account management and revenue operation teams.

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• You have 3 years of experience in corporate finance, planning and analysis in a consumer based environment
• You are analytical with a strong attention to detail
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing, entrepreneurial environment
• You are able to balance multiple projects and meet necessary deadlines with limited supervision
• You are driven to meet and exceed goals regarding quality and delivery of analysis and projects
• You have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• You have OneStream knowledge (preferred)
• You have subscription business knowledge/experience (preferred)

• This position will report to the Director of Finance.
• The senior analysts who succeed on this team are team players who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, are driven to meet and exceed goals regarding quality and delivery of analysis and projects, balance multiple projects and meet necessary deadlines with limited supervision, and have high personal and professional integrity.
