    • Insights - Ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to solve business problems, and quickly arrive at recommended solutions that support organizational goals.

    What you will be doing

    You will be leading the design and scale of the Request for Proposal Process as well as become a key team member on the Revenue Operations Team. Your relationships with sales, product, and implementation leaders will be well connected. Internally navigating tooling will help you leverage the build of how we can move through RFPs with more ease as well as scaling the Revenue Operations process, tooling, and insights for new sales, cross-sales, and post sales customers.

    • Lead the end-to-end management of Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
    • Establish Go / No-Go criteria and cadence based on existing ICP Strategy for RFP requests
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to gather relevant information for RFP submissions.
    • Analyze RFP requirements and tailor responses to showcase the company's strengths and capabilities.
    • Develop and maintain a repository of RFP content, ensuring accuracy and consistency for future use.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve RFP response strategies and increase win rates utilizing tech tooling available.
    • Work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and tailor RFP responses to address specific client requirements.
    • Utilize data and analytics to track RFP performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to enhance RFP responses.
    • Maintain tech stack renewal calendar and ROI analysis on an ongoing basis
    • Manage renewals cadence and contract readiness on behalf of PSMs
    • Review and provide insights for contracting improvements with Legal management tooling
    • Scale a single solution for contracting process across all net new partner acquisitions
    • Partner to build the Assist motion to open a new product offering with tooling to support a low-touch sales model
    • Contribute to the Sales Operating Rhythm data reporting and insights

    What you bring:

    • 7 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree
    • 4 years of experience in revenue operations
    • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel and savvy with developing presentations for large audiences, building workflows, reports etc.
    • Fundamental project management skills
    • Ability to think analytically with strong focus on process and enablement.
    • Self-motivated, works well independently as well as part of a team. Leads proactively and cross-functionally.
    • Ability to effectively communicate, both written or verbal on technical issues to managers and clients
    • The ability to work cross functionally in order to successfully negotiate for shared resources and timelines.

    FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $91,800.00 - $154,220.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
