Pacific Coast Producers, a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a talented Transportation Analyst for our Corporate Headquarters in Lodi, CA. PCP is investing in its people and advancing a culture of service, where each employee can do their best to make affordable, high-quality food for customers across North America.

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour; candidate will be paid based on their work experience and skills. Full time. This position is eligible for the annual profit-sharing bonus program.

The Transportation Department is responsible for all the operations that deliver nationwide shipments to and from our Distribution Center and 3^rd-Party Logistics locations. The Transportation Analyst will be responsible for maintaining our transportation systems and collaborating with various departments including PCP’s Replenishment, Sales, and Customer service teams.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch orders for all modes of transport (boxcar, intermodal, truck, LTL) for both customer. deliveries and stock transfers to 3PL locations.
• Work closely with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless transportation operations.
• Maintain Carrier Rate and Route data and approve shipments in Company’s ERP system.
• Organize proof-of-delivery documentation on AMS/USDA loads.
• Review and validation of related freight invoices.
• Maintain ETAs for stock transfers and customer deliveries.
• Communicate appointments/delays to customer service teams.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Experience with JDE preferred.
