Being an RFP Analyst prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. This role is remote and will report to our CD and work mostly on RFP creative concepting and deck development. We’re looking for a self-starter who likes to innovate and be at the epicenter of culture and relevancy. Someone who has deep experience both ideating concepts and bringing them to life, design, and crafting impactful RFPs that translate our vision to clients.

Responsibilities
- Ideate and develop innovative experiential solutions for meeting client goals
- Collaborate with the team to assess strategy and design for the client's brand experience
- Bring together visual ID, references, and direct designers to build compelling decks and proposals
- Oversee the editing and refinement of proposals, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the brand
Qualifications
- 4-7 years professional experience in a creative role with a focus on RFP development for experiential activations
- Strong and rapid visual communication skills (whether hand sketching, mock-ups, 2D renders)
- Advanced use of Adobe creative suite and presentation software including Google Slides and Keynote
- Strong strategic thinking with an ability to tailor proposals to fit specific client needs
- High level presentation skills - coming up with creative concepts, building presentations and pitching
- Innate desire and ability to always be ahead of the curve and aware of the next big thing
