Collaborates and coordinates with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximizes business opportunities. Being an RFP Analyst prepares and maintains a repository of templates, standard language, and product collateral or exhibits. May prepare custom response content for complex or unique inquiries. Additionally, RFP Analyst typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The RFP Analyst occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Write, edit, and coordinate the development of internal and external communications including brand materials, employee newsletters, announcements, press releases, presentations, articles, brochures, website and social media content. Support product marketing communication initiatives by developing website, newsletter, brochure, marketing/sales and social media content. Manage proper use of the brand voice and ensure consistency of language, tone, and content throughout all communications. Leverage communication vehicles such as e-mail, print, video, webcasts, social networks, websites and multi-media, to effectively deliver messages to internal and external audiences. Manage content calendar to ensure timely distribution of content across communication channels. Collaborate with internal customers and groups on other cross-departmental communication initiatives as needed. Education & Experience Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or public relations. 2 years of related experience [OR] equivalent level of education and experience Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies Ability to write for a broad range of audiences and communications vehicles. Ability to produce work with a high level of consistency and accuracy. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with Marketing & Communications team members, as well as stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to use analytical methods to solve communication problems and find creative yet workable solutions. Experience developing and implementing communications for diverse audiences and channels. Demonstrates strong project management, time management and resource management skills. Able to apply a strategic perspective to continue improving marketing communications work product and processes.
