Reporting to the Director, Senior Process Consultant, the Process Analyst supports the maintenance and optimization of employee lifecycle business processes in Talent Acquisition (e.g., Pre-Boarding and Onboarding business processes) and Talent Management (e.g., Talent Reviews and Performance Management business processes). The current EWA for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site presence on a reoccurring basis as determined by your business. Your manager will provide additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site. What you can expect: Provide support on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives impacting business processes Consult to develop and prepare documentation of business requirements to meet the CoE’s needs/solutions Partner closely with the Application Data Management team to deliver solutions that turn requirements into usable solutions Prepare UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scripts, conduct UAT, assist with defect management and conduct retesting as appropriate Perform production validation after changes are implemented. Build and maintain employee, manager, and HRBP (HR Business Partners) Workday job aids Build and maintain supplementary Workday resources and People Central content Review and monitor the integrity and adoption of a changed business process Assist with Workday “change management” resources (tooltips, Smart pages, help text, announcements) Support business processes that are not aligned to a CoE such as terminations, change job processes, etc. What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college/university Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience in HR operations and technology Minimum 1 to 2 years of project management work; experience leading small to medium scale projects a plus.
