We are seeking a skilled Sever/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following company recipes and standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar ad service area and equipment
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of brewing, math for measurements, POS systems, and food industry practices
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Experience with catering services is beneficial
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Understanding of food handling safety protocols
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and work efficiently
