Banner Quality Management Inc. (BQMI) is searching for a Project Control Specialist to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) located in Crane, Indiana. The right candidate will provide support to project managers with decision making analysis and project tracking for our NSWC Crane Government customer. The Project Control Specialist will provide risk assessments, and evaluate finances, analysis and controls, performance assessment, change management, project forecasting, and reporting on projects of various sizes and complexity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Support Integrated Project Team, conduct scheduling activities to maintain the government's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) accurately so that it can be used as the primary planning and tracking tool in identifying critical development milestone events, accomplishments and resources for all activities defined throughout the life cycle of the Program.
· Attend meetings, take, and distribute meeting minutes, pro-actively coordinate / schedule inputs from various stakeholders to accurately maintain the IMS. Identify and analyze difficulties that arise from conflicts among schedules or delays and propose resolutions to continue to meet established program milestones.
· Prepare scheduling materials (e.g. Gantt Charts, Tables, and Milestone Charts & Pictures) for Project reviews as well as generating ad-hoc scheduling reports. Submit IMS excerpts on a weekly basis.
· Provide risk assessments, and analysis and controls, performance assessment, change management, project forecasting, and reporting on projects of various sizes and complexity. Aids project managers with decision making that drives the successful completion of projects. Develops, implements, and maintains a project reporting and cost tracking system for the project that satisfies the needs of the project team, management, and client. Maintains, tracks, updates, and analyzes project schedules, progress measurement, cost estimates and variances, change orders, expenditures, risk, and risk mitigation, estimated costs at completion, methodology, and management of change.
