• Recent psychiatric hospital experience which includes experience in a role with leadership/supervisory responsibility, and experience in quality assessment and performance improvement
• Experience in a clinical setting
• Project management training or certification
• Experience in lean and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification or experience in use of lean concepts
• A strong knowledge of TJC, CMS, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and Patient Rights standards.
