We are currently looking for qualified candidates for our Director of Clinical Operations & Quality Improvement role. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is a Regular, Full Time, Non-Exempt role with a starting annual salary range of $108,000 to $122,000 with full benefits.
Primary Objective:
The Director of Clinic Operations & Quality Improvement leads efforts to improve quality outcomes and clinic operations and to enhance clinical quality and satisfaction for patients and staff. The DCOQI will oversee and support key systems vital to clinic operations including but not limited to clinic and staff schedules, managing clinic flow, panel management, and referral processing. The DCOQI will ensure MNHC maintains Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition, and leads key system improvements in patient access, productivity, access, population-based quality improvement, and patient care management. Evening or weekend hours may be needed to support expanded access in the future.
