Quality/Engineering Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee QA and Engineering Departments
• Develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods in our process centers
• Collaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasures
• Provide valuable input on new product development efforts and improvements of on-going production
• Maintain company quality standards / ISO 9001:2015 Audits
• Promote quality and drive initiatives
• Oversee PPAP submittals and customer quality expectations
• Monitor the product manufacturing processes to ensure quality
• Engage in product quality and process methods with manufacturing team

Other requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering desired but experience can override
• Excellent analytical and data reporting skills
• Knowledge of GD & T and excellence in blueprint reading
• Experience in Lean and continuous improvement principles
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Metal Fabrication or Machining environment experience
• 5-7 years supervisory experience

Leading and Managing

• Plan and determine course of action for departments
• Monitor and evaluate quality and engineering personnel activities
• Coordinate activities and resources for each department

Job Type: Full-time
