Additionally, Quality Control Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Responsibilities
The Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for the quality of the product manufactured at our Kettle Falls, WA location. The Quality Control Coordinator develops, schedules, and performs (or directs others to perform) quality control tests and reports. Ensures that testing procedures adhere to established standards in terms of sample size and sample selection criteria. Develops and maintains quality control procedures used by department. Majority of assignments require a sound working knowledge of production policies, procedures and techniques. The quality control coordinator will fill in for supervisors as needed.
