Quality Control Supervisor jobs in Salina, KS
Quality Control Supervisor oversees and monitors the inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established quality standards. Establishes inspection protocols, defines sampling procedures, and determines equipment and mechanisms to be used in the testing process. Being a Quality Control Supervisor recommends changes in specifications of materials, parts, and products based on inspection results. May formulate and revise quality control policies and procedures. Additionally, Quality Control Supervisor, a level I supervisor is considered a working supervisor with little authority for personnel actions. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Quality Control - 3rd Shift;

Syndeo Staffing is currently seeking Quality Assurance Technicians to join a local food production facility in Moundridge KS!
These positions will work a 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule with plenty of overtime as we are on a 6 day a week schedule!
What you would be working on:
- Ensure standards of quality, efficiency and production.
- Evaluate plant product quality by doing various product tests and tests related to ingredients and packaging.
- Help teach and train plant employees in quality control testing, sanitation, and housekeeping practice's.
- Confirm that all plant processes and procedures are adhered to and assigned work scheduled are maintained.
- Assist with special projects and work closely with Quality Assurance Manager.
What will help you be successful:
- 2-5 years of experience working in production facility quality control or laboratories.
- Knowledge of of health and safety standards and compliance.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
