Pine Bluff Sand and Gravel Company - Pine Bluff Yard in Pine Bluff Arkansas is currently recruiting for a Quality Control Technician. Only online applicants will be considered and evaluated.

Job Description:

1. Quality Control Technician is responsible for inspecting, accepting, and/or rejecting work performed in relation to asphalt and ready mix operations
2. Has a good understanding of highway/roadway paving operations requirements.
3. Demonstrates familiarity of roadway QC standards, procedures, and applicable codes.
4. Has a good understanding of computer software, including MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
5. Position requires a good understanding of the specification requirements (mix designs) for asphalt and ready mix mixtures.
6. Consistently samples and makes adjustments to maintain mix, as per specifications.
7. QC Technician also maintains lab equipment in clean and working order and ensures calibrations are up to date.
8. Must have or be willing to obtain CTTP Certifications in Aggregates, ACHM, Concrete, and Soils.
9. Must be willing to lift at least 50 pounds.
10. Must be willing and able to work irregular hours including some nights.
11. Must have a valid driver's license.
